“The bullet that physically struck Officer Brian Moore continues on its path and emotionally rips through the NYPD community, the 105th Precinct where Officer Moore worked, and all New Yorkers. His passing today reminds us all of the danger that New York’s Finest face every day, and the courage that they possess to protect our communities, neighborhoods and families. All of Brooklyn and New York City’s thoughts and prayers are with Officer Moore’s family and friends today, as are our thoughts with his other family, the NYPD. May Officer Brian Moore rest in peace.”
