The Brooklyn Borough President’s Renewable and Sustainable Energy Taskforce (ReSET), is made up of energy providers, community based organizations, and green energy advocacy groups who share a common goal of improving our energy utilization and creating a greener energy infrastructure. Together we are working towards better energy efficiency literacy and promoting economic development through the renewable energy sector. SOLAR PROGRAMS: NYC BENCHMARKING HELP CENTER:
  • Get Help While Complying with Local Law 84, the Benchmarking Law – The NYC Benchmarking Help Center (BHC) supports property owners in complying with Local Law 84 (LL84), which requires all buildings larger than 50,000 square feet (or groups of buildings within a single property that together are larger than 100,000 square feet) to submit annual energy and water benchmarking reports.
