“NOTES FROM BROOKLYN” CONCERT TO BENEFIT THE BROOKLYN BUREAU OF COMMUNITY SERVICE

On Thursday, February 11, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will welcome the audience at the “Notes from Brooklyn” concert to benefit the Brooklyn Bureau of Community Service. The second annual concert, presented by B.L. Howard Productions and staged by Moore PA Hire, will headline rock and blues singer Dana Fuchs; the soulful sounds of Brooklyn’s own The Revelations featuring Tre Williams; Purelements, whose unique brand of dance originated in the streets of East New York; and Emmanuel Baptist Church MVP (Men Voicing Praise) Choir. The emcee will be Brooklyn-born comedian Carole Montgomery.
