A Message from Marty: Every year I welcome the submission of capital budget proposals from many Brooklyn organizations. Through this process I have been able to fund many important projects of benefit to Brooklyn residents. I will again be seeking proposals for capital budget funds for Fiscal Year 2010; however, please note that due to the economic crisis, capital funding will be significantly reduced throughout the city. I recognize how important capital budget funds are to Brooklyn organizations, and would like to facilitate this process as efficiently as possible.
