BP MARKOWITZ HOSTS GREEK HERITAGE RECEPTION WITH BROOKLYN’S HELLENIC COMMUNITY

On Thursday, March 26, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz joined the Hellenic community of Brooklyn for a Greek heritage reception at Brooklyn Borough Hall. This year’s honorees included Asimina Delengos, Vasilios Crokos, Gregory Rigas, Paul N. Stathoulopoulos, Louis K. Vellios, Basil Capetanakis and Anastasia Venetoklis, with special recognition of Haeda B. Mihaltses, director, Mayor’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
