On Tuesday, March 24, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz joined Chef Ralph Pagano (“Hell’s Kitchen”), Hospitality Industry for Kids (Hip 4 Kids) and students at PS 163 in Bath Beach for some quick “pointers” in the kitchen. Hip 4 Kids is a nonprofit that teaches children, young adults and their parents about healthy cooking to combat obesity and other illnesses.
