An avid lover of both Brooklyn’s many cultural institutions and great Brooklyn food, offering lunch with himself as a side dish was a natural for Borough President Marty Markowitz when he wanted to donate a prize to raise money for the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. The lucky winner, Marc Aggar, left, brought along friend David Kramer, right, for a delicious meal with Marty, center, at Frankie’s Spuntino on Court Street.
