Borough President Marty Markowitz will welcome walkers and cyclists back to Brooklyn again on Thursday as they travel across the Brooklyn Bridge and continue along their journey home. Brooklyn Borough Hall will continue to serve as a rest stop, and be open from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to those who need a break, phone, a bathroom, or cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee. Borough Hall is located at 209 Joralemon Street between Court and Adams Streets in Downtown Brooklyn. If the trains and buses are not yet running tomorrow morning, the front of Borough Hall on Joralemon Street will be designated as a carpool station from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. where drivers and those needing a ride into Manhattan can meet.
