Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Patrick Manning visits Brooklyn

The Guyana Institute for Democracy held their third anniversary awards dinner at Brooklyn’s Grand Prospect Hall on Friday December 12th. Prime Minister Patrick Manning was the featured speaker of the evening.
